My deep thoughts for today

After a week-worth of interaction with a wide variety of individuals, I conclude that most people mean well and have good intentions, and when they say or do something silly it's either due to lack of experience, information or thinking.

But of course, once in a while you do run into some special people who are here to make the world more colorful.

Hm, pretty cryptic. Does that salt shaker really say Jews?

A: Heavens no :) The salt shaker says 'Jerks'.

Nothing horrible happened, the hospital is just a confined little place where you run into very different people from very different backgrounds, with whom you usually wouldn't interact. And when they say or do something that you would never say or do, it's not because they are malicious or want to offend you, they just either live in a very different reality or they just don't know what to say/do. I don't get offended much when people mean well, but I do get annoyed when they are just plain jerky. Okay, it's still kinda cryptic :)
