Apart from an emergency landing in Denver caused by a belligerent drunk passenger and the consequent appearance of the FBI on our plane, we had an uneventful, smooth flight back to California. Apparently, Izzy thinks that the best time to fall asleep is when an aggressive drunk guy yells out obscenities and threats loudly or when the feds carry out a quick little investigation, under any other circumstances sleeping is for the birds. Our little miss sunshine spent the 9-hour flight from Budapest to New York wide awake, and she continued goofing off and having a good old time on the flight from JFK to LAX until the emergency landing and the handcuffing-restraining-taking-into-custody-action.

Such a strange experience to come home to, but at least your little one slept through it, though it must have been awful for you.
Wishing you all three be healthy,free of problems and visit your parents again next year.
